Although his most obvious work with clients takes place in the gym, Brian also incorporates the importance of nutrition, recovery, stress management, and sleep hygiene. His training is strongly based in science and he believes that training smart is far superior to training hard. Anybody that has trained with Brian knows that movement quality always comes before movement quantity.

His specialities include weight loss, strength, mobility, breathing, and injury prevention. Although his focus has primarily been on adults and seniors, Brian is happy to work with anyone who is interested in improving their quality of life.
